Condominium is a cozy 890 sq feet walkup on the third level in a secured building with plenty of parking. I am close to highway access as well as the airport. Although there is a bus stop close by, a vehicle may be your best bet. Bedroom with a hallway bathroom, that may be occasionally used for guests, for the majority it is yours to use. SINGLE occupancy room only!!! Absolutely no drug use!! $700 includes all utilities. This room is ideal for a short term lease. Credit/rental history and background will be checked. I do own a cat, if you are allergic this may not be ideal, I am not currently accepting additional animals. I am hoping to find a reliable and responsible roommate, thank you 😊

I am 36 and work full time. I live in the unit and am renting my spare room. I enjoy movies, shopping, reading, seafood, diy stuff, having fun, occasional gaming or travel. I am not the neatest but I don’t like mess and like to keep common areas clean. I give respect to people of all walks of life.
