NOTE: We are looking for a housemate, preferably Chinese speaking due to the language barrier for some current housemates.

The house is in a quiet Temple City neighborhood and close to 99 Ranch, 168 Market, and other Asian stores. We have convenient access to freeway 210, I605, and I10.

For $1050 per month, you will have your own private bedroom, shared bathroom, spacious living room, and kitchen. Your housemate is a student at UCR so you will have the whole house for yourself most of the time, and the house will be very quiet.

We have a pet cat in the house, but she is well-behaved.

The room is for only one person. Move-in date available: June 1, 2022.

You are free to use either your bedroom or the living room for your work or study area. The room is unfurnished. However, if you need a furnished bedroom, we can provide you with some furniture.

For parking, you will have plenty of room to share with 3 other cars on the driveway.

Utilities (WIFI, electric, gas, trash, water) are all included in the $1050 rent.

ABSOLUTELY NO ALCOHOL, TOBACCO, AND DRUG USE. NO PARTY.

Security Deposit: 1-month rent.

At least 2 doses of COVID vaccination are required.

Lease term: At least 10 months.

I am Chinese Vietnamese, and I am 22 years old currently a student at UCR. During school year, I will stay in school most of the time, so the house is yours. I like to be clean and neat, so I usually clean out the house whenever I can.
