Looking for a housemate to share a beautiful, spacious 2 bedroom/2 bathroom second-floor unit located in the Mansions of Technology park development in Rensselaer.

Available mid-June (or anytime in July). Approximately 1200 square feet for the entire unit. You would get your own bedroom and bathroom (unfurnished). The kitchen and living room would be mostly furnished. But if you have your own furniture you want to bring, we can talk about that.

Amenities include: covered garage, central air/heating, dishwasher, and in-unit laundry. Your bedroom would have access to a spacious balcony. Pet-friendly. There’s also a shared pool and fitness center.

Attached a few photos I took today of the common areas (the loveseat, desk, tv, and tv stand won’t be there once the current tenant moves out). I also have a video of the unit available upon request.

About me: I’m a 39 year old full-time professor who is pretty chill and loves to bake. Strongly prefer grad students or other higher education professionals (since this would be a strong match for my lifestyle), but not necessary.

You should be:

1. LGBTQ+ friendly

2. able to pass application approval process from the management company, which involves a credit check (soft inquiry) and background check

3. have reliable, consistent means of paying rent on time

4. able to sign a 12-month lease by July 31
