Ellie's room

It’s a 4 bedroom 2 full bath house right by 8 Mile and Livernois. There’s plenty of street parking and parking in the backyard. Laundry is in the basement. 1 room that’s available is on the second floor. It’s huge and carpeted. It’ll be available some time in October. The other room is on the first floor with hardwood. That one will be available October 1st and is $450 since it’s smaller than the room upstairs (still plenty big! The rooms upstairs are just massive) The neighborhood is super quiet. Mostly older retired people and families.

I have 2 big (very friendly) dogs and a cat. I’m cool with pets as long as we do proper introductions I’m Ellie! A 26 year old preschool teacher. I’m queer and I’d prefer to live with other queer ppl. So women and non-men or gay men only please.
