I do currently have one roommate who is leaving soon, his bedroom is $750 per month. Little bigger.

Had a good friend move out and one room is available for $650 per month little smaller.

Must past a background check and have good credit for signing in on lease. If young and have no credit must sign a two way contract to insure payments are due and both parties do as in contract. To insure trust.

No animals. No cigarettes inside. No drugs. There is a Security deposit of $650.
