South Xavier Street

Hi! My boyfriend Nick and I are renting a 3 bed, 2 bath house in southwest Denver (80219). We’re preferably looking for a couple to fill the 3rd bedroom, but we’re definitely flexible on that! It will be available July 1st. The house is really nice; it’s got a large basement & in-unit washer/dryer. The available room is located in the basement and there’s an additional, smaller, room right next to it- which you’re welcome to use as an office or whatever you’d like!

Nick and I both work full time and we’re super easy going, respectful, & 420 friendly! I also have a 5 yr old Husky/Lab named Luna, who will typically just lay on my bed while I’m at work 😊 Rent is $2,600/month, divided by four people it would just be $650 each! I got the photos of the house online, since our current roommates are in the process of packing, so the furniture may be a bit different- but it’s still a really nice house!
