Room available in a beautiful three-bedroom house with two female Stetson students in a great neighborhood, less than 2 miles from campus. Corner lot, quiet fenced yard, sidewalks in the neighborhood. Garage parking. Fully furnished other than your room. $550 plus one-third of the utilities (WiFi, electric and water). Room is leased via a property management company, so you will need to fill out an application and be approved by them. Email for info.

We are two female students from Stetson U. We are friendly, responsible, respectful, motivated and normal people. We have early mornings due to ROTC and sports obligations, so we aren’t out every night of the week but we are social and enjoy living in the home and in DeLand.
