About the room
3 level townhouse in Ashburn Village community. Private room with a shared bathroom. Open to the common areas, and must keep clean if use any dishes. No overnight guests. Quiet neighborhood, with plenty of parking. 3-4 minute drive to One Loudoun. 2 minute drive to Harris Teeter, and gas stations.
About the roomies
We attend Grace Covenant Church. I’m a government contractor, and the other guy is a police officer. We are laid back, and normally out working during the week. During the weekend we will have guest over occasionally, and small group meetups. We communicate, so there isn’t any misunderstandings.
