Hi everyone, my wife and I would like to rent the guest bedroom in our new 4 bed 3.5 bath townhouse in Richmond VA. $775/month all bills paid, and only a 10-minute drive from downtown.

The guest bedroom is unfurnished but can be furnished for an additional fee. The rest of the house is fully furnished. The bedroom includes a bathroom that is mostly private but might be used by guests a few days per year. Storage areas will be divided three ways; refrigerator, freezer, pantry, hall closets, and garage. Everyone is welcome in all common areas.

Amenities include new stainless steel appliances, vinyl flooring, granite countertops, high-speed internet, recycling, and a security system.

Minimum 6-month lease. Rent is negotiable depending on the length of stay. A refundable security deposit of 1 month’s rent is required to secure the room. A free background check and credit check are required prior to signing the lease.

Rent covers water, electricity, sewage, trash, recycling, internet, security system, cleaning supplies, dishwasher detergent, and common area paper products.

One person per room. No pets and no smoking allowed. In-person viewings are available.
