Amenities include new stainless steel appliances, vinyl flooring, granite countertops, high-speed internet, and a security system.

Rent is $925/month. Utilities are $125/month. Covered utilities include water, electricity, sewage, trash, recycling, internet, and the security system. Cleaning supplies and common area paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, etc.) are included at no additional charge.

Minimum 6-month lease. Rent is negotiable depending on the length of stay. A refundable security deposit of 1 month’s rent is required to secure the room. A free background check and credit check are required prior to signing the lease.

One person per room. No pets and no smoking allowed. In-person viewings available.
