North Quinn Street

Looking for a roommate for the next 6 months. There are 3 of us currently. We are all in our early 20s and work full-time jobs. You will have to share a room with me, however, I usually stay with my girlfriend in DC most nights so it’ll be as if you have your own room most of the time. Rent is $590 a month and around $50 a month in utilities. There is no security deposit required on your end. There’s a bathroom in my room which would be yours as well since we would be sharing a room and there’s another bathroom we all share. Would prefer you to be also around our age but as long as you’re chill, it’s not a deal breaker. Property has a communal gym, pool, and grills. Area is very nice and there’s a lot of restaurants and nightlife close by. Area isn’t super spacious but definitely livable and by no means suffocating. There’s a balcony and the apartment complex is very nice and clean. I already have my desk and bed in the room we would share but you would need to bring yours as well. There are 2 closets so you would get your own since I am using the one. The 4th person who is moving out still has some of his stuff there, so pictures will be available once he is all moved out and you can more accurately see what the room will look like when you move in. He is moving in with his girlfriend 3 doors down so his stuff will be out of there soon. There is a parking garage that is very quick to get to. If you want to register your car it’ll cost another $100 a month most likely.

My roommates and I are all in our early 20s and there are 3 of us. I am a high school teacher so I wake up pretty early but I will not be working from June-August for obvious reasons. One of us works from home but he has his own room. We are pretty laid back so as long as you can vibe and contribute to cleaning and house necessities equally we will be chill.
