About the room

This is the best apartment situation under 1000/per person in Portland without a doubt. My current roommate is moving out, and I am looking to fill his spot from Aug 1-Oct 31. If it works out well, we can renew a lease (please reach out about details).

Apartment is very clean. Roughly 1,150 SQ feet. 2 bed, 2 bath. Own garage with 2 spaces. Own deck with furniture and fire. Sizable kitchen and All appliances. In unit/washer and dryer. Near OHSU and S Waterfront. Absolutely beautiful area.

It will be just me in here: I am an assistant golf professional at Tualatin Country Club. Iā€™m a 24-year old Christian, male. I love sports, health, fitness, and the outdoors.
