I am right off Hereford Farm Road in Evans G.A. I have a two story 4-bedroom house on a pond. The house is furnished but the rooms are not. Parking at the end of driveway plus a two-car garage. ADT security system with outside cameras and great neighbors that are home all day. Hereford Farm Road can be a loud road at times, but I don’t spend much time outside, so it hasn’t been an issue.

The house has two rooms upstairs and two rooms downstairs. There are two full bathrooms upstairs and one full bathroom downstairs. One of the downstairs rooms is currently rented, so I have two rooms currently available. One smaller room upstairs and one larger room downstairs. The downstairs room has a Samsung mini split wall unit for additional AC/Heat control as well as its own couch. I can have the couch removed if it is not needed. Both rooms have recently been painted in a light gray color. I added new pictures of the downstairs room after the paint was applied and will be adding a new pic of the upstairs room this weekend.

I am renting the larger bottom floor room for $1000 a month. I am renting the smaller upstairs room for $800. The large master bedroom with a private bath will possibly be rented towards the middle of the year. I use the master room when I come home but that is rare.

Not looking for couples at this time.

We do not smoke cigarettes, and we have no pets. We will occasionally drink but it’s not very often. I do come home occasionally but not often.

Nate moved in a few years ago. He is in his late 20s. Spends his time working or in his room. He doesn’t drive so there is plenty of driveway space. He has been an awesome roommate so far.
