Conveniently located directly across from a gym and just a few miles from the veterans expressway. Grocery stores, hardware stores, auto stores, retail, all in walking distance. Great neighborhood in Carrollwood with walking/biking trails, community pool, hot tub, tennis courts, basketball courts, racquetball courts, squash courts, soccer field, baseball field, all included. Located on a lake that is fishing -friendly, fenced backyard with hammock for relaxing, screened back patio. All bills included, rent, wifi, water, power, sewage, trash & recycling. There are two of us, both females. We both believe in having active, healthy lifestyles. Both work full time, and both work from home for the most part. We are both easy going and mostly quiet, we don’t go out or party, and we rarely have guests. We are looking for someone who shares the same values and leads a similar lifestyle. We have two dogs and five cats already, so we are looking for someone who loves animals and will treat our pets with the care and consideration as they would their own, but unfortunately we are not looking to add any more pets, as much as we would love it, there simply isn’t room. We welcome any ethnicity, religion, sexual preference, etc, however no men. We will not accept a male roommate so please do not ask. Some other things we are NOT looking for: lazy people, unhealthy diets, slobs, partiers, very young, drug users (marijuana is okay), alcoholics, drama, children, or unemployment. We both cook, and eat healthy, mostly plant based diets. While this is not a requirement, ideally we would prefer someone who also exercises and eats healthy and would enjoy outdoor activities with us.
