About the room
Two bed, two bath condo in a beautiful brownstone in Rittenhouse Square. We are owner occupants hoping to find someone interested in a short term stay. Very spacious kitchen and shared living space.
Available room can come furnished, and has a Murphy bed that is not removable. Private bathroom and entrance from outside.
Pet friendly, we currently have a Cavapoo of our own.
About the roomies
We are a couple that that lives in the downstairs portion of the condo. We will be out of town for most of June and July. We are both very clean and considerate.
