35M. For the most part I like to keep things quiet, and like to have friends and family over responsibly. The owners and myself would like someone else interested in sharing or helping in various ways, but that’s not required. There’s a single well-behaved short hair cat, and I’d prefer no additional pets in the unit. We are open and supportive here!
