This is a single family 4 bedroom 1.5 bath home in a beautiful neighborhood on the Rensselaer/north greenbush line. Very nice neighborhood with a short walk to a park with tennis, basketball and baseball fields. Conveniently located to I90 & a short 5 min drive to shopping at the Van Rensselaer Square, Regeneron, HVCC, Empire State Plaza & the Rensselaer Tech Park. Utilities will be included. We have our own half bathroom in our bedroom so the bathroom would only be shared for showers. I shower at night so it’s typically not an issues with sharing the space. My bedroom is on the opposite side of the house from where the room for rent is. All I ask is for someone that is respectful of the home and other roommates by cleaning up after themselves in common spaces.

I am a school based occupational therapist and my fiancé is a police officer. We are in the process of buying the house and it should close around July 20th so we are thinking August 1 move in. My fiancé will be visiting about every other week for 3 days. I have lived with roommates for years and I’ve always had a positive experience. I look forward to sharing my future home with others!
