It’s a basement apartment in a townhome. Has a bedroom and living room area and a full bath. Shared entrance, kitchen and laundry. It’s a very quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking. Price includes; water, electric, internet and trash.

I am a single mother with two children, we have animals a dog and cats however they never go in the basement. I work evenings so 3 evenings a week no one is there. We’re a quiet and chill family. Looking for someone who matches the same vibe.
