Less than 10 minutes from Georgia Tech/West Midtown, & 3-4 minutes from I-20 & I-285. I will need proof of income, a background check, and you will have to sign a roommate agreement. There’s also an extra bedroom which can be used for storage, as well as a large crawlspace. I prefer shoes off in the house, and we will share common areas (large kitchen, dining room, & living room). Internet, cable, & lawn maintenance is included. (we’ll split electric & water 50/50).

I bought this 3-bedroom, 2 bath home back in April 2022. I work from home remotely and looking for a quiet & clean roommate. I will be having window blinds installed in this bedroom. Also, this home is not children, pet (I already have a friendly dog here), cannabis friendly. Also, no couples.
