Looking for a female roomie. 1 year lease. This is a 2B2B 900 sqft apartment located in a great location in North Park. It’s located on the second floor. Gets plenty of sunlight and fresh air. It’s furnished but you are more than welcome to bring furniture. The rooms are very decent sized. It does not come with parking but one parking pass that is first come first serve. Otherwise, street parking is not too bad for the area. There are two washers and dryers in the building. Close to the freeway. There is a park a block away and lots of good coffee and eateries. I have been living here for two years and absolutely love it!

I am 31, very chill, and down to earth. I enjoy easy outings of good eats and drinks. Im not much of a partier and never bring the party home. I like an apartment that is clean and peaceful. I am very very picky with cleaning. I would prefer someone who is as clean as me. I consider my apartment home so it’s important that you want to keep it feeling like a home. I work 9-6 and I’m mainly at home mostly. I’m excited to find a new roomie!! I have a little questionnaire for potential roomies to make sure we are a good fit and I plan to doing interviews.
