Kyla's room

(AVAILABLE BY JANUARY 2023) The apartment is in the second floor of an apartment complex. You will have your own room (with a walk-in closet) and bathroom (unfurnished). The kitchen and living room are fully furnished with couches, a coffee table, and a flat-screen tv. Appliances include a refrigerator, washer and dryer, and dishwasher. I also have a small mini-fridge when I get a little bake-happy and make more bread than I need to. The apartment complex is gated and has a pool, volleyball area, and gym. We’re only a street away from several pickleball courts and parks where residents regularly walk their dogs. We are also only a mile away from Scottsdale Fashion Square, the local mall. Each apartment room is only allowed one covered parking space, but I regularly park in uncovered parking and won’t mind if you use the covered parking right in front of the room.

My name is Kyla and I’m 23 (though I will be 24 if you move in January), female, and quiet, but friendly. I might seem reserved, especially since my hobbies are indoors; I like to read, write, draw, and occasionally play video games. I own a small grey cat who’s a little energetic at times but completely harmless. I am religious but have no intentions of pushing that on you. I work a 9 to 5 from Monday to Friday, though I work from home on Thursdays and Fridays. I’m very respectful and am mindful of any boundaries you may wish to set. I would love to become friends with my roommate, but it’s not required, of course. The residents in other apartments are very reserved, but they are mindful of their neighbors and do not make too much noise.
