I have a room available for rent in a 2 bedroom apartment. My current roommate needed to duck out early and the lease currently runs until November, but there is opportunity to renew if we end up being a good fit! In addition to your bedroom you’d have full access to the entire apartment: a large modern kitchen with a dishwasher, a livingroom with high ceilings and a balcony, and a good sized shared bathroom. There is also a shared laundry room in the building. The building is a 5 minute walk from the Bound Brook train station. Working from home is an option.

Utilities: water and trash is included. You’d need to split internet and electric with me 50/50.

Pets: the building is pet friendly and I currently have a cat, so you’d have to be okay with cats. My cat is scared of dogs but can be good with other cats if introduced properly. I would be willing to consider adding another cat to the apartment if you have one you’re looking to bring with you!

Parking: there is a free parking lot a minute or two down the street, and a paid indoor garage. If you have a car you can talk to the building managers and choose between the two.

I’m a 26 year old professional with a full time job. I work from home 3 days a week and go into my office the other two. I’m super laid back and mostly keep to myself. I’m looking for another woman around my age who is responsible, easy going, and won’t plan on using the apartment to party or get wild.
