Ricky's room

Located off of Bush and Polk in lower Nob Hill. Building has laundry on site, package room, and security on call. Parking is additional for $300 a month. Room is furnished with a king bed.

We do allow pets here in the complex and there is a pet deposit and a pet rent that gets charged when you move in, so keep that in mind. I do not have any pets myself and definitely wouldn’t mind having a pet :) When it comes to a deposit it would be Security Deposit and first month’s rent upon approval. Since it is a property managed building you would have to apply for the room, but I would more than happily cover the cost of the app fee.

A little about me: I am a pretty go with the flow type of guy: path of least resistance if you will. I am looking for an individual who is more than willing to communicate any issues that arise from living together (or your personal life). We don’t have to be best friends, although I would highly enjoy being able to hang out on occasion. I respect people’s privacy as well as ideologies and I would hope it is reciprocated. I enjoy days in as much as days out and a few activities are working out, watching movies, hikes, videogames, swimming, and learning languages.

I have Thursday and Friday days off and work Wednesday overnight shifts. If I am not working I am out and about mostly visiting family on my days off.

I would want to meet up through a zoom call, coffee or cocktail so 1 we could get a feel for each other. 2 so we both know this is real.
