I have a nice, private room for rent. The room comes furnished with a super comfortable King bed, a triple dresser, mirror, night stand, and Smart TV.

Pillows and linens are also furnished, but you are welcome to bring your own.

The room has a full bathroom accessible from the bedroom with a tub/shower combination. There are other amenities as well, like a hot tub and pool. You are welcome to use the kitchen, laundry room and dining room, too.

This is a nicely furnished, well-kept custom home. High speed wireless internet and streaming services are included. Maid service is offered monthly or bi- weekly. The environment is friendly. You and your privacy will be respected.

The home is located in McCoy Estates, an established neighborhood between McCoy and Old Denton with easy access to I-35, 121, and George Bush. Dallas North Tollway is approximately 4 miles away, so getting to Addison, Farmers Branch, North Dallas, Plano, Frisco, Richardson, Coppell, Irving, Las Colinas, Lewisville and Flower Mound is quick and easy. Downtown Dallas is less than 30 minutes away, as well.

I offer month-to-month leases so you can stay for a month or as long as you like.

No smoking. No pets. (I have 2 friendly outside puppies I am trying to rehome at the moment.)
