What I’m Looking For: I’m seeking roommates with a good background who are quiet, clean, drug-free, and refrain from smoking in the house. It’s preferable if they have an easy approach to cooking and exhibit reasonable and respectful behavior towards others. A stable job is a requirement, with an income at least three times the rent.
