It’s a 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom apartment. It comes with one parking space under a shed, also with a storage unity. Everything is basically furnished, only thing that will be needed is the room that is for rent. Kitchen is a ok size for 2 people, and there a lot of space. I’m looking for someone who is clean, organized, pick up after yourself, that’s pretty much what I expect. I’m a student at EWU, this is my second year and I’m studying to be a bilingual teacher. I like to have the space I’m in clean and organized. I’m laid back, and mind my business. It’s only gonna be me and whom ever is wanting the room.
