Hey there !! I am looking to rent my spare room ! My friend is moving out this month as the lease ends May 30th, so you’d be able to move in June 1st. I’m not really picky aslong as you don’t bring drama, chaos and are very clean.

Rent is 500$ (plus deposit first month) and your part of the bills is the electricity $100 per month. As i pay the wifi bill which is 103$ per month.

I live here in Terrace Heights in Village Apartments. They are super safe, I have lived here for about 5 years now and it’s the best place I have ever lived in.

I do have 3 cats, so if you have a cat allergy I do not recommend nor will be accepting more pets in the apartment:(

I’m very friendly and at times I am anti social as I’ll be drained from socializing. But in general I’m a cool person. I’m 24 myself. But the point is, as long as you’re cool yourself, I really do not care what you do as long as you’re respectful. Please DM me if you’re interested as you’d have to start filling up you application to the landlord asap to get your background check done.

PS : it is a full years lease so please have a reliable form of income<3

Im really laid back and really don’t mind what you do as long as you’re clean and don’t bring in drama. I’m into anime, cosplay and play genshin a lot, so i tend to stick staying in my room and stuff. Don’t really go out so you’ll usually find me chilling here.
