Kalista's room

My two other roommates and I are looking for new girls and preferably students around our age, 18-25, to live with for the 22-23 year.

The house is a 4 bed/2 ba duplex located in Cheney for $500/mo including utilities. There are three bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs with a bathroom on each level. One bedroom is available upstairs.

The house is fully decorated, cozy, and spacious. There is a laundry room, washer and dryer included, as well as multiple storage areas. Parking is included in the front as well as street parking.

The current lease start date is July 1, 2022 for a 1 year agreement.

I am an athlete at Eastern and premed student due to graduate Spring of 2023. I am respectful of my roommates and like to keep a clean and organized home. I have a bright and cheerful personality and I love to cook, shop, and read books. I would appreciate someone I can get along with and share a space for the next year. I am a nonsmoker and would appreciate roommates who will not smoke in or near the house.

My other roommates are an Education major and a Nursing major also at EWU. Both are very kind, clean, and also seeking a positive experience with our final roommate.
