Utilities are a flat $100 per month. closet plenty of kitchen space and fridge. 3 bed 3 bath with a large pool and backyard. Laundry on site of course.

I am an 31 and my girlfriend is 26. We both work quite a bit. Occasionally I work from home but typically I go into the office. We have friends over occasionally to swim and have game nights but nothing crazy. Preferably looking for someone moderately social. I like having the roomies join my friends for game night or to bbq but I have no issue if you’d rather keep to yourself too. I am very laid back and easy to get along with. I don’t like drama. I have two dogs (a husky and a pit) they are extremely friendly but the husky talks smack on occasion. I also have four cats who are very friendly.
