About the room
The master bedroom with two closets and a walk-in shower in a three-bedroom townhome. Townhome shared massive pantry space, a living-dining room, a den/office on the top floor, and a rooftop with stunning views of downtown and the water. One room is already rented to a female but everyone is welcome. Looking for an easy going, clean, and respectful roommate!
The room for rent includes a dresser, shared 55-inch tv, and a queen bed frame (mattress available upon request). All utilities are included (water, gas, electricity, Washer/ Dryer internet, and select streaming apps on Tvs).
The space includes access to the Ring doorbell, a smart garage opener that allows Amazon deliveries to be securely placed in the garage, and access to Sonos built-in speakers throughout the home. Located in a safe neighborhood approx. 1.5 miles from the medical campus!
About the roomies
One room is rented by a female late 20s but everyone is welcomed. Dogs and other pets are not included and will require approval by all roommates and will include a monthly fee.
