Cozy single level home in the heart of the Tualatin “Burbs”. Minutes to I5, I205, and Hwy 217 and access to back roads to bypass some traffic. Good area for walking and Atfalati park is only eight blocks away. New windows and siding are almost finished being installed. We have a large backyard, as well as a deck. There is ample parking for one vehicle per renter. The space for rent is our master bedroom with attached master bathroom and closet area. The room comes with a full sized Murphy bed which can be used are not. We may be able to fully furnish the room if needed. The only shared wall is currently an office so noise should not be an issue. We have a common living area, dining area, kitchen, and laundry area. We also have designated food storage areas and you are welcome to share our spices, cooking staples, etc… We also provide a window air conditioner during the summer months.

I am the owner of the property and me and my son (adult) reside in the home. We are friendly although sometimes reserved. I enjoy working outside, doing home improvement projects, or any other craft/building activities. I’m almost always running around working on something. My son is reserved and enjoys playing video games and working two jobs.
