My fiancé and I live in a brand new townhouse in Downtown Lilburn it’s $1450 for a private basement room, bath, & entrance with one covered parking space. Utility’s are included. Kitchen & living area/balcony & patio is on the second floor . My fiancé and I stay on the third floor . It’s a brand new house so we prefer no pets. I have pictures and videos if you’re interested. I’m hoping to find a roommate who’s also in her mid to late 20s, who wants to be friends but also is fine doing her own thing. I am a very warm and friendly person but I’m definitely an introvert at my core so I do need some alone time as well. Open, honest communication and mutual respect of each other’s boundaries, property, and feelings are all pretty important to me. I also like to keep common spaces pretty clean at all times. I tend to be more low key during the week but on the weekends I’m down to walk around and explore, grab coffee/food/drinks, check out local events/shops/markets, go on hikes or to a yoga class, etc. I’m not a crazy party girl but I do enjoy going out here and there.
