Great property in new house built 2 years ago. You would share the bathroom with two people. That bathroom is very large and enough space for anything you need . Great sized room will fit a desk, dresser and king bed if needed, with tons of space included. Access to full basement with entertainment area, kitchen, living room. In house washing machine and dryer. Close to light rail , groceries and some small restaurants.

Everyone in the house had a private room. Every two rooms share a bathroom. Currently 4 people working full time. Quiet house with tons of space.
