Spacious master bedroom with bathroom, walking closet, access to kitchen, patio, and 1 parking space. Close to turnpike. The house has new kitchen appliances and was recently painted. I welcome short-term rental as well on a month-to-month agreement. I require a 45-day notice.

I am a working mother that will only occupy the house 1 to 2 weekends a month. We are welcoming and respect each other spaces and privacy.
