Looking for someone to take over a current lease for the guest bedroom in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment, so you’d have a full bathroom to yourself. Bedroom is a decent size with a nice walk-in closet. Apartment complex is Amli at Cherry Creek. Really nice complex with a huge lounge and gym (biggest I’ve seen from any apartment I’ve ever been in), yoga and bike room, resort style pool, secured package room, and more. Really great location with a King Soopers, Whole Foods, and several restaurants all within short walking distance. The total monthly would be ~$1450 and includes rent (~$1360) + half of utilities (~$90).

I’m doing clinical fellowship at the children’s hospital and will be here for the next year. Very clean and down to earth guy who enjoys cooking, working out, binging shows and movies, and hanging out and relaxing during my time off. Love the outdoors also so would love to explore with you if you’re down! But I also appreciate privacy so happy to let you do your own thing as well. I don’t smoke at all but don’t mind if you do in your own space. Don’t have any pets myself but love all animals :)
