Seeking a roommate to fill in for a private 1 br / 1 ba in a 2 shared condo with 1 roommate (me) in Hermosa Beach. The condo is $1375 a month and is a 10 minute walk to the Hermosa pier/bars/restaurants/beach and less than 5 to Trader Joe’s, 24/7 and vons. The lease would be for 6 months and month to month after. The place will be available starting end of august (negotiable).

Deposit to the landlord is $1500 and rent is due upon move in. Water/trash is paid for by the HOA and only electricity and internet are split by the tenants (<$75 each). The living room and kitchen are shared and the bedrooms are each in their own side of the condo. The hot tub/pool/gym/bbq area are located right next to the condo. Laundry room/recreation room both on-site also.

Only pets allowed are cats, since i have two of my own already. There is a parking garage spot that is split between the tenants and street parking is really accessible also.

About me, an aerospace software engineer in my 30s. Enjoy a clean, quiet place but a roommate that i can get along with and enjoys similar hobbies. I enjoy hiking, camping, going out, board games, and going to the beach in my free time. I have two cats which are super loving and well behaved. The neighbors around the complex are awesome and are really cool with each other too.
