The apartment is located in Mission Hills/Hillcrest area right off the I-5. Pictures are from earlier this year. More or less 10 minutes from Downtown/Old Town San Diego/Little Italy/Zoo/Balboa Park/SeaWorld and Fashion Valley. Apartment is a 2Bed 1Bath unfurnished room. Neighbors are friendly and respectful. There is a tennis court short walk away from the apartment and a park. Close to plenty of grocery stores for day-to-day needs.
I am a Project Engineer and student so I’ll spend most of my days at work and school. I am friendly and more on the introvert side but I do enjoy conversation and laughs. I like to maintain a clean home, so all I ask is for you to be courteous and responsible. Rent is NEGOTIABLE as well as room trade. I currently occupy the master bedroom, but being that I don’t use a ton of space, I can switch to the other bedroom.
