Hello! I am trying to sublet the master bedroom in my 2bed/2bath apartment in Coral Way from July 1-November 1. I’m looking for a woman in their mid to late 20s (no couples or men). It is a huge apartment (1,200 sq feet) with a washer/dryer in unit, a balcony with sunset views, and it comes furnished 😊 One parking spot for the attached garage is included. The apartment is in a luxury building minutes away from the Douglass metro stop. The building has two pools, a gym, lounge space, a spin room, sauna, and more. You would be living with my amazing friend who is a mechanical engineer. She is clean, easy going, and super friendly. Rent includes wifi, utilities, and renter’s insurance.

Roommate is a 25 yr old girl who is a mechanical engineer! Super nice, easy going, working professional. She keeps the apartment clean but is not a neat freak.
