Huge room (around 15’x16’) available in our beautiful Balboa Terrace home. House has a shared bathroom, easy parking, in unit washer/dryer, and is just a 7 Minute walk to lots of restaurants and the Muni light rail.
About the roomies
We are two professional women in our 30s who enjoy staying in over going out, watching the Bachelorette, and going out for brunch. Generally pretty clean, but not neat freaks. There’s also a dog that lives in the house, and likely to be a cat in the future, so must be ok with pets!
