Mid 30s female professional with a cute dog. Looking for 1 roommate for my 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment in heart of Union Sq, Somerville. Move in July 1 for 1year lease at $1425/mo (Half month off for July 1st move-in). Sublets for July and August are welcome.

Apartment: 2 bedroom apartment, 2 bathrooms, big open living room/kitchen area, good closet space, dishwasher, laundry IN UNIT, central AC/heat, great porch. Fast Wifi. All the TV streaming services Netflix, Hulu, Prime etc. Right in the heart of hot neighborhood of Union Sq Somerville - Bow public market and brewery nearby, frequent festivals and farmers/flea markets, great food and bars. The location is truly incredible. Green Line T stop recently opened! 10m to Harvard Sq, Central Sq, Porter Sq, Sullivan, Inman, Kendall, Davis etc. Also there is a good bus system, people bike a lot. Street permit parking is easily available. Animals considered, preferably small. Move in July 1 for lease through August 31st next year. Rent is $1425/mo. Utilities are usually around $100.

Room is medium sized. Can fit comfortably a queen size bed, desk, dresser and chair.

One roommate - Mid 30s female professional in the mental health field. I have a sweet 7 year old hypoallergenic doggo and also often have my mom’s 10lb pup. I like a good balance between social activities, and hanging out at home watching my tv shows. Funny, outgoing but need lots of me time too! Respectful, and a good person to chat/hang out with.
