Fully furnished 1700sqft home built in 2020. Turn key! Roomie has access to living room, kitchen, dining, laundry, and back yard. Grill and smoker are also available for use. I have giga internet which is more speed than you would ever need. Please clean up after yourself after using the kitchen. No recreactional drugs or smoking in the house. Cleaning lady does come monthly.

About the roomies
My name is Austin, I own and operate an HVAC company. I am 35 and ocd clean. My dog Sofie is the best dog you will ever meet and is professionally trained. I also have a cat who acts more like a dog and meows at you for more attention that a typical cat wants. Other than that, I am pretty easygoing. On the weekends I am usually out on the lake, hiking or traveling.
