About the room

Private furnished room in quiet neighborhood on the southwest side of Atlanta. Convenient to the airport, shopping, food, and 285 freeway. Three minute drive to Target, Publix, AMC movie theater, banks, nail salons, urgent cares, and many other retailers at Camp Creek Marketplace.

You will be renting a bedroom & private bathroom in the home. Male homeowner resides at the property as well. The bedroom is small, but there is an additional room (also small) that is available to be utilized as a workspace if needed. It is not currently furnished with any office essentials (desk/chair), so you would have to supply your own. It does contain a small table and stool though.

This place is ideal for a quiet NON-SMOKING male tenant/roomie with no pets and no children. Ideally no or limited guests, and certainly no overnight guests. No smoking or drugs of any kind allowed.

Not convenient to public transportation. Street parking available.

Rent includes WiFi internet, electricity, water, gas, home security monitoring system, access to DirectTV, use of towels/linens, and some daily essentials such as bottled water, paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, etc.

Intent to vacate notice is required at least 30 days in advance. No penalty for ending lease early. This place is ideal for someone looking for a turnkey temporary housing option. You come with your clothes and food, and mostly everything else is covered in your rental agreement.

Rules: -Rent payments are to be paid through Zelle, or a money order on the 1st of each month.

-Late fee $50 (strongly enforced after 11:59pm on the 5th month)

-It is suggested that the tenant obtain a PO Box for their mail.

-No smoking of any kind (including vapes)

-No illegal drugs or substances of any kind

-No hookah

-No pets

-No children

-No guests preferred, and certainly no overnight guests.

-Trash: Bins must be taken out to the street after 7:00pm on Sunday evenings. Trash pick-up is early the next morning and the bins must be removed from the street by that same Monday evening. If the homeowner is home, he will typically handle, but this is a shared responsibility, so please be mindful of the trash pick-up day and assist when necessary.

-Exterminator/pest control is regularly scheduled to service the property on Sundays early morning usually at 8:00am. You will be informed of the exact dates in advance. All rooms must be made available for them to service at that time.
