The “office”: 12’ x 7’ storage/office space with one window. Previously used as a bedroom. This space is at the back of the house behind the kitchen–great privacy and fast WiFi. There is a separate entrance here to the basement/laundry/roof deck.

About the apartment: 1500+ square feet. Large bay windows throughout and high ceilings with charming crown molding, spacious living room with a massive comfy couch, separate toilet and bathroom (shared with me) with a bathtub and large shelving for storage, fully stocked kitchen, laundry in building, amazing rooftop with incredible 360 city views. Street parking available if you want to get a permit.

About the location: 97 walk score, 99 bike score (yes, it’s flat here!), 100 transit score (bus/muni/BART are all steps away). Whole Foods/Bi-Rite/Safeway all within 2 blocks. Plenty of bars and restaurants in all directions, as we are just in between the Castro and Mission. No shortage of fun stuff to do. Dolores Park is 2 blocks away for lazy weekend days, and our neighborhood boasts the best microclimate in the city.

About me:

• I’m approaching 40, female, boosted, into art/dance/animals/travel/health/documentaries. I like a clean, quiet, and cozy living environment, work outside of the home, and travel often for work. I’m happy to share meals, wine, or watch tv etc together but mostly consider myself an introvert and see home as a place to recharge.
• I have two social/curious/quirky/playful cats that would need caring for while I’m away, but I can also arrange a sitter

About you: considerate, respectful of noise, clean up after yourself (at least in common spaces), don’t bring the party home, not allergic to cats ;)
