Private bedroom available for rent in a spacious 4 bed/3 bath high ranch.

THE PROPERTY

The home has been recently renovated and is located in a quiet neighborhood of Northglenn. Upstairs is the common area - furnished living and dining rooms, along with a fully stocked kitchen. Out back is a nice big fenced yard with a patio and a deck.

Other amenities include: parking in a large (5+ car) driveway, keyless entry, dishwasher, washer/dryer, central AC, and heating. Extra storage space is also available to rent.

THE LOCATION

One mile from I-25, and three miles from US-36, so Boulder and downtown Denver are both ~15 minute drive. A 5 minute drive will get you to 2 Walmarts, 2 King Soopers, a few shopping centers, plenty of restaurants, and several gyms. A 2 minute walk can get you to a nearby park, a 5 minute walk gets you to the bus stop, and a 10 minute drive gets you to the light rail station.

THE ROOM

Unfurnished and spacious, and comes with an electronic lock. You would be sharing a bathroom with one other person, located right across the hall.

THE TERMS

Rent is $750/month, plus $100/month flat rate for all utilities (including wifi). Room will be available for move-in starting Oct 1st.

There’s an application fee of ~$30 for a background/credit check. The successful applicant will have good credit, a clean background, no evictions, and be gainfully employed (>3x income to rent). If you end up signing a lease, you’ll need first month’s rent/utilities, plus a refundable security deposit equal to one month’s rent.

No couples - NO EXCEPTIONS.

The home is owned by a couple in their early 30s. We’re all young professionals each doing our own thing, working to keep a tidy and peaceful home. The ideal roommate would be low-key, mindful, respectful, responsible, high integrity, and a great communicator. There is also one very well-mannered dog, and we’re not looking to take on any more pets at this time.
