I currently have room for rent in my home.I am looking for responsible working individual for a month to month rental agreement. Me and my husband are easy going people looking for individuals that are easy to get along with. You would share a bathroom with an additional renter. The bedrooms are large and come furnished with bed dresser closet. Shared use of kitchen fridge.washer and dryer available. It’s a pretty quiet neighborhood. No parties, overnight guess upon approval of myself or husband is fine. Looking for college students,Traveling Nurses but must be working individuals. Theses rooms are available for short term rentals on a month to month basis.

Me and my husband are pretty easy going. I work full time and my husband is self employed. We have one dog and a cat named spaz. On weekends we play in the yard bbq. Every now and then I have get togethers at home with co workers which your welcome to join in on . Just ask if you dirty it clean it. There’s a dish washer so it’s pretty easy to put dishes in lol . That’s about it just respect the other people in the home
