Our home is in the Renton highlands, a 10 minute drive from The Landing, 15 minutes from Soutchenter, a good commute from most anywhere else (often 30 mins or less), and situated in a nice, quiet neighborhood. We’re a brisk 10 minute walk from Safeway, and less than 5 minutes walk from Kiwanis park that we enjoy visiting.

We like to keep things very clean and orderly for the most part. In the living room we’d love to share the big TV with you for watching the latest and greatest, and playing games. We have a range, microwave, and toaster oven for use in the kitchen, and an extra fridge and stovetop oven in the extension, where you’ll also find the washer and dryer. There is a modestly sized, fenced in backyard we use to play with the dogs, lay in a hammock, or cook s’mores. As for parking space, the driveway and the street allow up to 4-5 spots for cars. We do not have central a/c, but we bought a pretty hefty portable a/c unit to keep things bearable during a heatwave. We have two rooms to fill. The smaller room is $950/mo.

Due to our work schedules we’re trying to be early birds, but are not always successful. Yes, we’re partially couch potatoes, but we also very much enjoy hiking, vacationing, and exploring Seattle. We’re generally pretty quiet, but are excited to meet new friends. We hope our home can be a good fit for you, and we’re excited to meet you!
