Hello,

Looking for a female working professional or student (we’re also open to two people sharing the room) to join our lease starting July 8th and rent out a room in a beautiful apartment located here in Westpark, Irvine. (if you need to move in the 1st we can try to figure something out just let me know)

The rent for the room is $1,160, utilities range between $75-100 monthly.

The room is spacious and has it’s own bathroom. It’s also located right next to the front door and opposite of the apartment from the master bedroom so it provides great privacy. You will have full access to the kitchen, and the laundry room is just across from our building. (It is the one circled in red in the attached copy of the floor plan) (Also if interested, for an additional $50 dollars a month you can also have the assigned carport space if you’d like, but the apartment has decent safe parking in general.)

San Marino is located in a really quiet and serene area located across the street from the crossroads plaza where there is shopping, restaurants, gyms, movie theaters, a park, and anything you could possibly need. :)

You will be sharing the apartment with two other working gals who are sharing the master bedroom. We are super friendly, and super easygoing. One works as a pharm tech, the other as a paralegal. We are super responsible and easy to vibe with :)
