Unfurnished medium sized room with shared bathroom available. Decent neighborhood, pretty quite for the most part. Neighbors are friendly and won’t bother you. House is equipped with a kitchen that will be shared w 2 other female guests. There’s also a laundry room in the house and will be fully functional by the time you move in. I like to keep a clean house and expect that you are really clean aswell. Everyone in the house should be responsible for keeping a clean space and to clean up after themselves.
