I have an unfurnished bedroom/bath on lower level of my split level home. You will have use of the downstairs den area as well as kitchen on second floor. Looking for CLEAN, HONEST, responsible adult to help with expenses. Must agree to a background check. I am retired and very easy to get along with. Have a small dog who will stay upstairs with me. Quiet house located in a cul-de-sac in Duluth, Ga. Great neighbors.
