Hi! I’m Carlos, 27, working professional, looking for 2 roommates (anyone welcome) to start in September 1st in a 3 bedroom house in Jamaica Plain right across the street from Forest Hills. I already live there and my roommates are leaving in August but I’m staying because I love the location. It’s a decent house, with nice rooms, laundry in the basement. We’ve been keeping the house as minimalist as possible to make cleaning easier. Rent is $850/each. Happy to give more information to actually interested people. Thanks! ☺️
