Jon's room

Have one bedroom that is fully furnished with brand new furniture. (Photo taken before full room refresh) Rest of house is shared. Have access to garage spot. Queen bed and six drawer dresser. Are 2 cats in the residence. No smoking in house. Large closet. Is wiggle room in rental cost. Most other utilities are included unless over usage seen.

Living in the home are me and my son part time. I work nights and sleep during day so will need fairly quiet during those times.
